Exchange Tickets
In the event you are not able to attend a particular event you鈥檝e purchased, you may have the flexibility to exchange your purchased ticket(s) for another event. Simply access your account online and exchange your ticket to another event. Yes, it really is that easy!
HOW TO EXCHANGE TICKETS
- Log in to your account
- Go to My Tickets in the site navigation and underneath it, tap on EXCHANGE
- Follow the prompts to select which event you want to change
- Select which event you want to go to instead
- Submit COMPLETE to confirm you want to perform the exchange from one event to the other. And you鈥檙e done!
- Don鈥檛 forget to return to My Account and download your new tickets to your mobile wallet
