Accuplacer Testing Process
Students seeking admission into the College Credit Plus program must first demonstrate college readiness by meeting the College Credit Plus Eligibility Standards. Once a student is CCP eligible they then must meet Kent State鈥檚 admissions standards.
College Credit Plus applicants who do not have an eligible GPA and who have never completed an ACT, SAT or Accuplacer that demonstrates CCP eligibility can choose to complete the College Credit Plus Accuplacer Assessment offered by Testing Services (Instructions for Registering for CCP Placement Testing). The following deadlines and test administration dates apply.

In order for applicants to register for the Accuplacer Assessment, applicants must complete the following requirements:
- The completed online College Credit Plus application must be received by the Kent State University Undergraduate Admissions Office;
- The completed College Credit Plus Permission/Authorization Form must be received by the Admissions Office;
- The official middle school or high school transcript must be received by the Admissions Office;
- Any other required documentation (e.g. international admission and residency documentation) must be received by the Admissions Office;
